We want you to be completely satisfied with your new kit. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Timeframe: You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Original Condition: The jersey must be completely unworn, unwashed, and entirely undamaged. We cannot accept kits that show any signs of wear, stains, or perfume scents.

Original Packaging: The item must be returned in the exact original packaging it arrived in. This includes all intact tags, labels, and the original protective zip-bag or polybag.
How the Process Works

Reach Out: Contact us via our website or social media with your order number and reason for the return.

Ship it Back: Once approved, pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back to us. (Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong or defective item was sent).

Inspection & Refund: As soon as we receive the kit, our team will inspect it. If it meets all the conditions above, we will process your refund immediately to your original payment method or bank account.
Non-Refundable Items

Jerseys that have been customized or personalized (e.g., printed with a specific player name and number).

Items missing their original tags or packaging.
